Zainab has given evidence as an expert witness on Iraqi law in several international arbitrations based in London, Switzerland and Dubai in each case undergoing cross- examinations (by US and English lawyers), and questions from the Tribunal. She has also experienced arbitration hot tubbing.

All her evidence was given in English and followed numerous exchanges of expert reports in respect of international disputes for very high valued claims.

She is used to working with instructing lawyers from London, Paris and Dubai.
