The firm undertakes dispute resolution work both locally and internationally. The firm is able to handle disputes and is licensed to appear before all courts of law in Iraq and indeed has appeared in First Instance Courts, Courts of Appeal and the Court of Cassation. The firm’s litigation practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law, agency, real estate, immigration, employment and construction. The firm can also undertake domestic and international arbitrations.

We have also been involved in judicial inspections and preservation applications.

We take great pride in trying to find commercial solutions for our clients whenever possible because we realize the time taken to resolve matters in court (with the appeal process) is not necessarily helpful to the client. Suggesting and implementing commercial solutions to difficult situations is something we are used to in Iraq.
